About Me

I grew up in Montgomery, Alabama, where my early days of gardening with my grandmother and mother were the beginnings of my love for flowers. It was this backdrop that influenced my designs, which project warmth and style. I am a New York trained floral designer. I have studied with Ariella Chezar, New York, Christian Tortu, Paris, Remco Van Vliet, Floral Designer for the New York Metropolitan Museum, Cas Trap, Designer and Owner of Dutch Flowerline, Philipe Sastre, Master Class Designer with FlowerSchool New York, Nicolette Owen, of Nicolette Camille Floral Designs, Brooklyn and Little Flower School, Sarah Ryhanen, of Saipua, Brooklyn and Little Flower School, and Jane Packer Flower School of London and New York.

Flowers are so influenced by fashion and, as in fashion, styles change. I continue to train with master floral designers so that I am always current and relevant in the field of floral design.
